HEALTHY CHIPS
INGREDIENTS:
• APPLE
• POTATO
• SPICES
• SALT
• OIL
• APPLE

PREPARATION:
1. PEEL AN APPLE OR A POTATO.
2. WASH IT UNDER RUNNING WATER AND DRY.
3. PUT THE OVEN UP TO 220 DEGREES (ASK ADULTS FOR ADVICE).
4. PEEL AN APPLE / A POTATO WITH A PEELER OR GRINDER AND CUT IT INTO THIN SLICES (ASK FOR HELP OF ADULT PERSONS).
5. PUT THE BAKING PAPER ON THE BAKING TRAY.
6. MIX OIL AND SPICES IN THE BOWL.
7. PUT THE SLICES INTO THE MIXTURE.
8. PLACE THE SLICES SEPARATELY ON THE TRAY.
9 PLACE THE BAKING TRAY INTO THE OVEN FOR 5 MINUTES (ASK AN ADULT FOR HELP).
10. AFTER 5 MINUTES TURN THE SLICES OVER AND LEAVE THEM IN THE OVEN FOR ANOTHER 3 MINUTES (ASK AN ADULT FOR HELP).

LIGHT YOGHURT
INGREDIENTS
:
• 2 PINEAPPLE SLICES
• ½ BANANA
• 250 G GREEK YOGHURT
• ½ GLASS OF OATED FLAKES
• HANFUL OF RAISINS
• CINNAMON
• HONEY
• 2 PINEAPPLE SLICES

PREPARATION:
Fill the glass with banana slices, a handful of oat flakes, 1/3 greek yoghurt, several raises and 2 spoons of honey. Then add chopped pineapple, another part of yoghurt, a handful of cereal and again yoghurt. Sprinkle the top with cinnamon. Remember that you can change the fruit to your taste - e.g. instead of pineapple, take peaches or instead of banana take strawberries - the way you like it;)

The perfect drink for a cold
Ingredients:
• 200 ml black tea
• Lemon slice
• Orange slice
• 30 ml raspberry or rosehip juice
• Optional: cinnamon, ginger, cardamom,
• Cloves, cranberries and honey
Preparation:
Make tea as usual - pour a black tea bag with boiling water.
Add hot juice, spices and freshly cut fruits to hot tea.
If tea is still not sweet enough, add some honey.
Mix and ready!
That tea warms you up in the winter, but it can also be prepared in the summer and served on hot days with seasonal fruits and chilled with ice cubes.
Fruit salad
Ingredients:
• Any fruit, e.g.
Apple
Pear
Banana
Grapes
• Spices e.g.
Lemon
Cinnamon
Honey
Coconut shrims
Preparation:
1. Wash the fruit.
2. Dry the fruit.
3. Peel the fruit.
4. Cut the fruit into cubes.
5. Put pieces of fruit in the bowl.
6. Add spices.
7. Mix everything.
8. Leave the salad for a few minutes in a cool place - during this time
you can clean the working place up.
9. Put the salad into salad bowls.
10. The salad is ready.
