Those who participated in the test did not know which food items who was fresh or expired on date. This is the food items we tested: Carrot, egg, potato chips, yogurt, soda, juice, chewing gum, banana, milk and cheese. This is what we found: Almost 50% said that fresh food and food expired on date tasted the same. 20 % said that food expired on date tested best. 30 % said that fresh food tested best. We have now completed a project on loal production of food. We have been involved in harvesting, production and sales. We have picked the apples in a local park. Then they are squeezed to juice at Fonte Verdi Fruit Pressery in Molde. Big thanks to the holder Ton Hazes that is so generous and invited us to come and press apples with him. The main aim of the 'I know exactly what I eat' campaign was to enhance students' and their parents' awareness of the need for a healthy lifestysle by applying appropriate habits and physical activities. We did such activities as: meetings with dietician, exercises with music, gymnastics, meeting athletes , outdoor exercises with elements of aerobics, trampoline park and eating vegetable salad made by students. In the aspect of sport and physical activity we had four meetings. The first three meetings were on school corridor where students attended morning exercises and sport games and plays. The fourth meeting was on playground as a outdoor aerobics. We played students vs teachers basketball match and Santa Claus Football Tournament.
